I reserve the right to decline any project or request at my discretion and for any reason.

Unless otherwise stated, you agree to use my Work for personal, non-profit purposes.

Whenever you display or share the artwork, proper credit to me (©SESLERYA) or a link to one of my social media profiles must be included.

Usage of my Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs, AI or ML training, NFT, blockchain, or other for-profit platforms/purposes is strictly forbidden.

Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which include but are not limited to display, advertising, printing, selling, the Work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch/ Youtube), premium services (i.e Patreon, Ko-fi, Gumroad, PixivFanbox, etc) and more unless otherwise agreed upon.

You receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the Work for personal use.

You may not claim the authorship of my Work as your own.

You must not change, modify, edit, trace or use my Work in any way without my prior written permission.

promotional purposes with no direct monetisation, such as profile pictures, banners, stream panels, posts, stream schedule, stream starting/ending screens with Credit.

print and framing in personal spaces.

display as part of the designs on your websites and channels.

stream assets (emotes, Vtuber/Pngtuber model art, Vtuber/Pngtuber character design).

reproducing or reselling my Work on any platform that offers premium services (ie Fansly, Onlyfans, Patreon, Ko-fi, Gumroad, PixivFanbox, etc.)

reproducing or reselling my Work to another party, as a part of any product (ie merch, prints, business cards, art/cover art for books, etc).

branding and/or advertisements for companies.

Please note that I'm a digital artist and the commission services I provide are "Digital Artwork", meaning nothing is ever intended to be physically shipped to the Client.

Payment Methods: PayPal, Ko-fi, and Vgen are accepted.

PayPal Fees: If paying via PayPal, the artist covers PayPal fees as per PayPal ToS. What you see is what you will have to pay.

Invoice & Deposit: An invoice will be sent upfront, and a 50% minimum deposit is required.

Late Payment: If payment is not made within 48 hours after accepting the order, the commission will be cancelled, and the client will go back to the waiting list.

Digital Artwork: All services are digital, so no physical items will be shipped.

Cancellation: The Client can cancel the commission without incurring any charges if payment hasn't been made yet.

Refund Before Work Starts: The Client is eligible for a full refund if the Artist hasn't started the commission.

Refund After Work Begins: No refunds are available once work has begun, unless the Artist initiates it.

Unforeseen Delays: If the Artist is unable to complete the work or there are significant delays for unforeseen reasons, the Client may be eligible for a full refund. If the work done so far is accepted and used by the Client, only a partial refund will be issued.

Payment Plan: If the Client agrees to a Payment Plan and later backs out after the first deposit and work has started, the deposit will not be refunded.

Turnaround Time (TAT): Commission completion time varies based on project complexity and my schedule. Simple projects typically take 2-4 weeks, while more complex ones may take 4-12 weeks.

Deadlines: Clients can set a deadline, but it must be reasonable and provided before payment.

Client Responsibility: If deadlines are set, the Client must ensure timely communication. I cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery if the Client fails to communicate promptly.

Communication: Clear communication is key. If any delays or changes come up, just let me know as soon as possible. This way, we can stay on the same page and keep everything moving smoothly and stress-free.

If the Client wants the request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process. This means I cannot share WIPs on social media or stream the commission process. The Client must also avoid sharing spoilers, especially if you’re a Vtuber planning a debut.

Both the Artist and Client agree that all shared information, including personal, technical, or business details, will stay confidential and not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
